Remember, if you bring a (non-member) guest to class during Guest Days (i.e. yesterday, today, or tomorrow) that class is Free for both of you! There are no attendance limits but if you do want to reserve your spot (which does help us plan!) then you should make sure to select the Guest Days Free Class if you are on a limited 2x or 3x/week membership so that you get your free class! You and your partner will each spend 1 minute at each movement. Partner A does 1 minute of Wallball, then Partner B does 1 minute of Wallball, then you both move onto SDLHP. Your score is your total reps!
