CrossFit
Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is
absolutely, entirely CrossFit, geared and designed for a special
population and the specific developmental needs of that population
(neurological, cognitive, motor).
- CrossFit Kids
We
are happy to announce that we have just affiliated with the CrossFit
Kids program. Jeff, Mikki, and the crew have a great thing going down
there at Brand X in Ramona, CA. We are happy to be a part of the
family of CrossFit gyms spreading health and fitness to kids and young
adults.
The aim of the Bridger CrossFit Kids program is to deliver to children
a broad, general, and inclusive fitness that is FUN. Our goals are to
help instill in our children a lifelong love of health and fitness,
reverse the prevalent health issues that plague our nation's children,
to create a community of like-minded individuals, improve self esteem,
to have FUN, and more.
We have kids classes for pre-school
aged children (aged 3-5), school aged children (roughly ages 6-12), as
well as an advanced/teen class (ages 10-18).

Schedule:
Kids meet Fridays from 4 - 4:30 p.m. and Sundays from 3:30 - 4 p.m.
Advanced Kids meet Wednesdays 4:45 - 5:30 p.m. and Sundays 5-5:45 p.m.
