Box Jumps can be performed on anything you can jump up to i.e. curb, bench, hotel bed
Overhead Squats (OHS) can be performed with a broomstick, pipe, stick. Anything that can be lifted overhead
*If you don't have a jump rope, you can always do jumping squats instead of double unders.
**If you don't have access to a rower, you can always sub running.
