CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is absolutely, entirely CrossFit, geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).

Bridger CrossFit Kids has been affiliated with CrossFit Kids since 2009. Jeff, Mikki, and the crew have a great thing going down there at Brand X in Ramona, CA. We are happy to be a part of the family of CrossFit gyms spreading health and fitness to kids and young adults.
The aim of the Bridger CrossFit Kids program is to deliver to children a broad, general, and inclusive fitness that is FUN. Our goals are to help instill in our children a lifelong love of health and fitness, reverse the prevalent health issues that plague our nation’s children, to create a community of like-minded individuals, improve self esteem, to have FUN, and more.
We have kids classes for ages 4-8 and older aged children (roughly ages 9-14). Kids ages and maturity levels are all different. Some fit in better with an older or younger age group.

Schedule:
Ages 4-8 meet Wednesdays at 3:55p,-4:25pm and Sunday’s 3:25-4:55.
Ages 9-14+ (contact us if your teen might fight better in Adult classes) meet Fridays and Sundays from 3:55 – 4:25 p.m.
