Todays Workout:

Floor Press 5@60%, 4@70%, 3@80%, 2@90%
3×1 at or above 90%

then:

2 Rounds of:

3 Minute Row for calories

2 Minute body weight deadlifts

1 Minute Box Jumps 24/20″

rest 3 minutes: REPEAT
