HSPU Anywhere!!

You can always clear out a wall to do HSPU in a hotel! :)

Todays Workout:

Dymanic Effort Deficit Deadlift 12×2 at 50% of your 1 rep max

THEN:

5 Rounds for time of:

4 Power Cleans @80% of your 1 rep max

8 HSPU

40 Double Unders
