Todays Workout:
While the clock runs for 12 minutes complete the following:
7 minutes max distance row
then 5 minute of a power clean & lateral jump ladder
1 Power Clean 155/105
5 lateral jumps
2 Power Cleans
10 Lateral Jumps
3 Power Cleans
15 Lateral Jumps
4 Power Cleans
20 Lateral Jumps
etc, etc…
Your score is distance rowed plus total reps on the ladder
This sounds like a fun WOD, too bad I can barely lift a glass to my mouth right now BC I’m soooo sore!!!
