Today is day one of Guest days! Come with a friend or family members and introduce them to CrossFit!
With a partner complete three rounds 1 min per partner at each station to earn as many reps as possible in that time
take 1 min rest between rounds
Stations are:
Wallball
Dumbbell Push Press
Box Jump
Kettlebell Swings
Double Unders
More cirque du soleil!
