HSPU CHALLENGE: DAY 30 - the last day! Congrats to everyone that made it through, and those that made it with a few ‘skips’ along the way. We hope that it helped get you better or closer to your HSPU goals! To be eligible to win the HSPU challenge you must have completed EVERYDAY of the HSPU challenge without a skip or a miss (we’ll take your word for it!), if more than one person made if through we will put names into a hat and draw a winner. You have until Wednesday to remove your name from the list in the gym if you did not complete the challenge. Thank you everyone for you participation!
Tonight is the LAST Nutrition Challenge Info Session. Tonight at 6:30 AFTER the 5:30pm class. Body fat testing begins next week. Please contact Meriah if you are interested in Body fat testing, and not the nutrition challenge.
