Max Effort Deficit Deadlift

Then 5 two min Rounds of:
6 Right arm Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1.0pd
6 Right arm Kettlebell Push Press 1.5/1.0pd
6 Left arm Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1.0pd
6 Left arm Kettlebell Push Press 1.5/1.0pd
