Dynamic Effort Pullup

Then:

Every Minute on the Minute of

1 Hang Power Clean 135/95

1 Front Squat 135/95

Increase each by one each round.

If you cannot finish the reps for that round,

continue as an AMRAP until the 10 min us up :)
