Weighted Lunges 3 Rounds 5/leg (not a max effort)
10 Rounds for time
10 Box Jump 24/20
15 Double Unders
(CRx unbroken Box Jumps – add 1 burpee to your next round for each rest &
Upcoming at BCF:
This weekend 8 am will be a ‘normal’ workout. 9am will be a team/partner workout competitors please come to this class if you are able as we will be having team meeting afterward. Not a competitor that’s coo. You can still come to 9 am just be warned it is a team/partner workout. Class size will be boosted for 9am.
