I was born and raised in Bozeman and have raised my 4 beautiful children here too. I always dabbled in fitness but really never became serious about it until I chose a career in law enforcement. I began wanting and needing to be fit to be the best at my job but hitting the gym everyday was not giving me the results I was looking for. Then I found CrossFit, WOW, what a difference it made in my life I was hooked. I wanted to share all that I learned and gained with others so when the opportunity to be a coach was offered to me I jumped on it. I love coaching and watching the changes and excitement it has brought to others. I am excited to be a coach at Bridger CrossFit and love the great and irreplaceable family it has brought to me. Certification. Crossfit Level 1 and EMT
Kristine is a long time BCF member and coach she took some time off and we are glad to have her back! Did we mention she is one tough grandma too?
