The runs made the lunges so much easier. This was actually fun!

Don’t hold out on today’s WOD (09/25/12). I too can hardly move after that one yesterday. I looked like a 90 year old man moving around this morning, but this WOD really helped loosen things up and I feel much better now. Get your butts in there today!!
