MAX EFFORT PUSH PRESS

 

THEN FOR TIME:

200M WALKING LUNGES

10 JUMPING SQUATS

200M RUN

200M RUN BACKWARDS

10 JUMPING SQUATS

200M WALKING LUNGE

 

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A FUN BUTT BURNER! (HOPE THIS PICTURE DOESNT OFFEND ANYONE , JUST SEEMED LIKE IT WAS THE PERFECT PIC FOR TODAY:))

    Don’t hold out on today’s WOD (09/25/12). I too can hardly move after that one yesterday. I looked like a 90 year old man moving around this morning, but this WOD really helped loosen things up and I feel much better now. Get your butts in there today!! :D
