Seems a bit harsh, but some interesting food for thought.
Round Back/Straight Leg Deficit Deadlift
3x10reps light to light medium (less than 50% 1 RM clean)
GO SLOW!

400m run
12 Hang Power Clean 115/75
12 Push Press 115/75
