Dynamic Effort Press (8×3)
3 Rounds For time:
30 Front Squats 115/75
25 Hang Power Cleans 115/75
15 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75
*10 Hand Release Burpees per drop of bar (including between rounds and end-you’re welcome)

The hand release burpees were not a problem, there was not question that my entire body was touching the floor. During the entire WOD, I kept wondering why it wasn’t just 5 burpees instead of 10. Lovely WOD though
