Today’s workout is designed to get you to focus on a high skill while your heart rate is up. If during your ME time your do your ME for multiple reps use that weight in the workout. I want it to be heavy but doable. When scaling your pullups, a great option today for those that spend more time trying to get in and out of bands than actual pullups would be jumping pullups to keep the heart rate high. Bands are also acceptable today, chose a band you can get all seven in a row to begin with. Remember you only get a minute and you need to be able to get in, out and to your bar in that min. Scale to 5 pullups (no less) if needed.
