Yes, this was on purpose, no it is not required today.
Today’s Workout:
Dynamic Effort Floor Press 8×3 at 50-60% 1 RM
10-15 to work on Hang Power Cleans (skill/heavy/1rm)
3 Rounds for time
15 Hang Power Clean 135/95# (Scaling tip: use 60-70% 1 RM whichever is lighter)
50 Double Unders
300m shuttle run (Run 100m immediately followed by 200m)
