I am sure you all know how hot it gets inside BCF with this gorgeous Summer heat we have been having, so feel free to cool off after your WOD in the creek!
TODAYS WORKOUT:
Max Effort Front Squat
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 pullups
10 Dumb Bell Thrusters 40/25
