We want YOU!

Haven’t registered yet?!?  Do it now!  Make sure you join the Bridger CrossFit Affiliate as well as Team BFCF!  Currently we have 27 people signed up.  Once you have successfully registered (we can see it on our end), we will put a check mark by your name on the board.  If you DO NOT have a checkmark by your name on the board by Friday at 5:30 p.m. then we have to assume you are not competing anymore.  Also, we will be posting a heat list on Thursday by lunch time on the board so that you can sign up for your spot.  Also check out Facebook where you will be able to post comments and request a heat, as well.

“Twenty-five”
For time:
95lb Back Squat, 25 reps
95lb Front Squat, 25 reps
95lb Overhead Squat. 25 reps
95lb Press, 25 reps
95lb Push Press, 25 reps
95lb Push Jerk, 25 reps
95lb Deadlift, 25 reps
95lb Power Clean, 25 reps
95lb Power Snatch, 25 reps

Ladies Rx is 65#.  You should use the same bar throughout the workout.
