The end is in sight!

The end of the nutrition challenge is this week!  Final weigh-ins start on Wednesday (check your email from a week ago for a confirmation of your time.  If you are unsure, email Jenna) and the final WODs are on Thursday and Friday!  Good luck everybody, and finish strong!!!

Today’s Workout:

Max Effort Split Jerk

Then,

9-7-5 reps for time:
Squat Clean (BW/75% BW)
Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

Post results Beyond the Whiteboard.
