Today’s Workout:

Dynamic Effort Deadlift 12 x 2 @ ~60% of 1RM

Then,

As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Shoulder Press 75/55
12 Push-ups
15 Box Jumps 24/20

Post rounds Beyond the Whiteboard.
