Alright Nutrition Challengers! We're halfway through! Only 2 more weeks to go!

Today’s Workout:

Tabata This!

Tabata Row
Rest 1 min
Tabata Squat
Rest 1 min
Tabata Pull-up
Rest 1 min
Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 min
Tabata Sit-up

Each Tabata is a full 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
