Mary gets some toes to bar in last year's open sectionals. Don't forget to sign up for this year's competition!
Careful with today’s workout – it’s very hand-intensive. Make sure to pre-tape if you have already torn, and to prevent tearing, file your callouses down and changing up your grip (mixed grip, reverse grip, etc).
Today’s Workout:
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
18 Box Jumps 24/20
15 Toes-to-Bar
12 Pull-ups
