Good morning Athletes! The 2012 CrossFit Games Open Sectionals competition is fast approaching! There are just about 50 days until it begins! I’m so excited!!!!
Just like last year, we will be hosting the Open Sectional competition EVERY Friday night for 6 weeks from Feb 24 – March 30. The first heat will begin at 6 p.m. sharp, allowing a 15 minute workout debriefing beginning at 5:45, and allowing 15 minutes for the 4:30 class to evacuate, and also giving those athletes in the first heat a full 15 minutes to warm-up before the workout debriefing.
Registration for the CrossFit Open starts on Feb 1 – I will post details as I have them but you’ll probably want to head over to games.crossfit.com around Feb 1 to see what’s cookin’!

For time:
80 Squats, 40 KBS, 20 Push-ups
40 Squats, 20 KBS, 10 Push-ups
20 Squats, 10 KBS, 5 Push-ups
40 Squats, 20 KBS, 10 Push-ups
80 Squats, 40 KBS, 20 Push-ups
Squats are air-squats (no added weight), KBS = Kettlebell Swings, 53# for men, 35# for women, push-ups you are all Pros at because of the push-up challenge! (Don’t forget to add your name to the list if you completed the Push-up challenge as Rx’d.
