Announcement:  The next Food 101 Seminar is on Saturday, April 30 at 8:30 a.m. at Bridger CrossFit.  Please sign up online if you want to attend so we can be prepared.  This is a free seminar.  We encourage everybody to attend, whether you are looking to learn the basics of the Paleo diet, or if you are looking for some extra motivation to get back on track, or to stay on track, with your diet.

15 Wallball shots 20/14 (women to a 9′ target)
